# Cancel Busy Camp-on Requests

When you camp on a busy extension, the system watches that extension and calls you back the moment it becomes free. If you are no longer able to take those callbacks, you can clear the requests you have queued directly from your phone.

:::caution
Clearing your requests removes **every** Busy Camp-on you currently have active, not just one. Make sure you no longer need any of them before you continue.
:::

## Cancel your requests

Dial `*079` from your extension. This cancels all of the Busy Camp-on requests you have placed.

:::tip
`*079` is the default feature code for disabling Busy Camp-on. An administrator can rename it, or turn it on or off, from the PBX (Private Branch Exchange) web portal under **Call Features > Feature Code > Busy Camp-on > Disable Busy Camp-on**.
:::

## What happens next

- You hear the prompt "The Busy Camp-on has been disabled," and the call ends on its own.
- All of your outstanding Busy Camp-on requests are removed.
