# Manage Scheduled Call Report Delivery Tasks

A scheduled call report delivery task is a recurring job that builds a call report and emails it to the recipients you choose, on the schedule you set (for example every Monday morning). The report itself is drawn from your CDRs (Call Detail Records: the individual log entries the system keeps for each call). Once a task exists, you can come back to it at any time to change how it runs or to stop it entirely.

This page covers the two management actions for tasks that already exist: editing one and deleting one. Creating a new task is done elsewhere on the same tab.

Both procedures start from the same place: the **Scheduled Reports** tab under **Reports and Recordings > Call Reports**. That tab lists every delivery task that has been set up, so it is where you go to find the specific one you want to change or remove.

## Edit a scheduled call report delivery task

Edit a task when a schedule, recipient list, or report setting needs to change, for instance when a recipient leaves the company or you want the report to arrive on a different day.

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open **Reports and Recordings > Call Reports**.
2. Select the **Scheduled Reports** tab, then click the edit icon (![Edit](/images/pbx/edit.png)) next to the task you want to change.

3. Adjust the task settings as needed.
4. Click **Save**.

:::tip
Your changes are saved to the task itself, not to reports that have already gone out. Any report that was emailed before you saved keeps its old settings; the new settings apply to the next scheduled delivery onward.

## Delete a scheduled call report delivery task

Delete a task when a report is no longer needed and you want the system to stop sending it.

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open **Reports and Recordings > Call Reports**.
2. On the **Scheduled Reports** tab, do the following:

   1. Click the delete icon (![Delete](/images/pbx/delete.png)) next to the task you want to remove.
   2. Click **OK** in the confirmation dialog.

Deleting a task stops all future deliveries and discards its schedule, recipient list, and report settings. There is no undo: if you need the report again later, you have to build a new task from scratch. If you only want to pause a report temporarily, edit the task instead of deleting it.
