# Set up Company Information

Your company profile stores the essential details that identify your business on the system: the company name, a main phone number, and a physical address. Set these once during setup, and return to update them whenever your business details change.

## Procedure

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice web portal.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the administrator icon ![Administrator menu icon](/images/pbx/admin.png) and choose **Company Information**.
3. In the dialog that opens, complete the following:

   a. Fill in your company name, phone number, and address as needed. All three fields are optional (you can leave any of them blank) unless the note below applies.

      :::note
      When the **Organization Management** feature is turned on, **Company Name** becomes mandatory and is used as the name of your root (top-level) organization. Saving with the company name empty will fail while this feature is enabled.    b. Click **Save** to apply your changes.

You can reopen this dialog at any time from the same administrator menu to review or update your company details.
