# View System Information

The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary of your Cloud Voice system (your hosted PBX, or Private Branch Exchange, the software that runs your phone service). It shows the firmware level, how long the system has been running, and the capacity limits of your plan. Check it whenever you need to confirm the details of your deployment, for example before opening a support ticket or when checking whether you have room to add more extensions.

:::note
The **Information** panel is read-only. Opening it does not change any settings, so it is always safe to look.
:::

## View the information panel

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open the **Dashboard**.
2. In the top-right corner of the **Dashboard**, click **Information**.

The panel lists the following details:

- **Device Name**
- **Product Model**
- **Serial Number**
- **Firmware Version**
- **System Time**
- **Uptime**
- **Maximum Extensions**
- **Maximum Concurrent Calls**

## What each field tells you

Use this reference if you are not sure what a value means:

| Field | What it tells you |
| --- | --- |
| **Device Name** | The friendly name assigned to this Cloud Voice system, used to tell it apart from other systems. |
| **Product Model** | The platform edition your service runs on. |
| **Serial Number** | The unique identifier for your system. Support uses this to locate your account. |
| **Firmware Version** | The version of the system software currently running. |
| **System Time** | The current date and time as the system sees it, based on its configured time zone. |
| **Uptime** | How long the system has been running since its last restart. |
| **Maximum Extensions** | The largest number of extensions your plan allows you to create. |
| **Maximum Concurrent Calls** | The largest number of calls that can be active at the same time on your plan. |

:::tip
When you contact support, have the **Firmware Version** and **Serial Number** from this panel ready. Quoting them helps the team match logs and known issues to your exact system faster.
:::

:::caution
**Maximum Concurrent Calls** is a hard ceiling set by your plan, not a target. Once that many calls are already active, further calls cannot connect until an active call ends. If users report that calls fail only during busy periods, check this limit first.
:::

:::note
**System Time** reflects the time zone configured on the system. If timestamps in your call records or logs look wrong, confirm this value matches the time zone you expect before troubleshooting further.
