# What Is the Cloud Voice App Service Port?

The Cloud Voice App connects to your phone system over a dedicated network port. By default, that port is **8111**.

If port 8111 conflicts with another service or does not fit your network policy, you can assign a different value.

1. Sign in to the phone system web portal.
2. Go to **System > Network > Service Ports > Cloud Voice App**.
3. Enter the port you want the app to use, then save your change.

The port set here must match everywhere the app connects. If you change it, every Cloud Voice App client (desktop and mobile) has to reach the phone system on the new port, so update your published connection details and expect users to reconnect.

After you update the service port, make sure any firewall or NAT (Network Address Translation) rules that forward traffic to the phone system are adjusted to match the new value.
