# Delete Fax Cover Pages

When a custom fax cover page is no longer needed, you can remove it from the Cloud Voice App whenever you like. You can clear out a single cover page or several at once.

A fax cover page is the intro sheet that is sent ahead of a fax document, usually carrying sender, recipient, and subject details. Deleting unused ones keeps your cover page list short so the right one is easier to pick when you send a fax.

## What you can remove

You can only delete the custom cover pages you created yourself. Cover pages set up by your system administrator are locked and cannot be removed from the app.

:::tip
If a cover page in the list has no delete icon beside it, it was created by your administrator. Ask your administrator to remove it, since you cannot delete it from your own client.

## Open your cover pages

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice App and open **Fax Management > Cover Pages**.

   Every cover page available to you appears in the list.

## Delete a single cover page

:::caution
Deleting a cover page is permanent. There is no undo or recycle bin, so if you remove one by mistake you will have to build it again from scratch. Confirm you have the right cover page before you continue.
:::

1. Find the cover page you want to remove, then click the delete icon (![Delete](/images/pbx/delete.png)) on its right side.

2. Confirm by clicking **OK** in the dialog that appears.

## Delete several cover pages at once

1. Select the checkbox beside each cover page you want to remove, then click **Delete**.

2. Confirm by clicking **OK** in the dialog that appears.

The selected cover pages are cleared from your Cloud Voice App.
