# View Colleague Extensions

The Cloud Voice App keeps your whole organization's directory at hand. Open the extension list to see who's available, look up a coworker's details, and start a call, video call, or voicemail without dialing a number.

## Open the extension directory

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice App on your desktop.
2. Select **Extensions**.

## Narrow the list by group or department

The full directory can be long, so you can filter it down to a specific group or department.

- **By group**: Click the group icon ![Group selector](/images/pbx/web-group.png) in the top-left corner, then pick a group from the drop-down. The app shows every extension in that group.

- **By department**: Click a department in the organizational tree. The app shows every extension in that department.

By default the list includes every extension in the group or department, whether or not it is registered. An extension is "registered" when a desk phone or the Cloud Voice App is actively signed in to it. ## Look up a coworker's details

Click a colleague's contact card to open their full details.

## Reach a colleague from their card

Each card carries a row of action icons for contacting or organizing that extension:

| Icon | What it does |
|------|--------------|
| ![Favorite](/images/pbx/favorite.png) | Adds the extension to your **Favorites** list. |
| ![Audio call](/images/pbx/call.png) | Starts an audio call to the extension. |
| ![Video call](/images/pbx/hd-audio-and-video.png) | Starts a video call to the extension. |
| ![Mobile call](/images/pbx/extension-%20information-phone.png) | Calls the colleague's mobile number. |
| ![Voicemail](/images/pbx/voicemails-2.png) | Leaves a voicemail for the extension. |

Add the coworkers you contact most to **Favorites** so they're always one tap away. The **Favorites** list appears only after you've added at least one extension to it, reach it by clicking the group icon ![Group selector](/images/pbx/web-group.png) in the top-left corner.
