# Disable Bitrix24 CRM Integration

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration links Cloud Voice with your Bitrix24 account so the two systems share contact and call data. You can pause this connection at any time by switching the integration off. Turning it off stops the sync without discarding anything you have already set up, so you can resume later without redoing the configuration.

:::note
Disabling is a pause, not a removal. It is useful when you need to troubleshoot the connection, stop syncing during account changes, or step away from Bitrix24 for a while without losing your settings.
:::

## Turn off the integration

1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open **Integrations > CRM**.

   :::note
   **Integrations > CRM** is where every CRM connection for this account is listed. Open the Bitrix24 entry to reach its settings and status.
   :::

2. At the top of the Bitrix24 page, toggle the switch to off.

3. Select **Save** to apply the change.

:::caution
While the integration is off, anything that depends on it stops working: contacts no longer sync, and incoming calls will not show Bitrix24 contact details or be logged to Bitrix24. Turn the integration back on when you are ready to resume.
:::

## What happens next

- The **Status** field changes to **Disabled**.
- Your integration settings stay in place, so you can re-enable Bitrix24 later without configuring it again.

:::tip
Because the configuration is retained, re-enabling is a one-step job: switch the integration back on and save. You do not need to re-enter your Bitrix24 credentials or remap any fields.
