# Disconnect Bitrix24 CRM Integration

Cloud Voice supports a single active CRM (Customer Relationship Management) connection at a time. Before you can link a different CRM account, remove the Bitrix24 integration that is currently in place.

You only need these steps when you plan to switch CRM accounts or stop CRM syncing altogether. Disconnecting does not delete the contact data that has already synced.

## Disconnect the integration

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open **Integrations > CRM**.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, select **Cancel Integration**.

3. Confirm the action by selecting **OK** in the dialog that appears.

   :::caution
   Selecting **OK** takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Every field for this integration (account credentials, sync rules, and mappings) is wiped, so switching back to Bitrix24 later means setting the connection up again from scratch.
   :::

## What happens next

- The Bitrix24 CRM connection is closed.
- Every setting tied to the integration is reset.
- Contacts and the phonebook that were synced stay on Cloud Voice, and you can edit them freely from this point on.
