# Disable HubSpot CRM Integration

If you need to pause the connection between Cloud Voice and HubSpot, you can switch the CRM integration off whenever you like. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, the system your team uses to track contacts and deals. Turning the integration off stops the link between the two systems without erasing anything you have already configured, so you can reconnect later with a single switch.

You might do this while troubleshooting, during a HubSpot account change, or any time you want to stop the sync temporarily rather than remove the setup entirely.

## Turn off the integration

1. Sign in to the PBX (Private Branch Exchange, your Cloud Voice phone system) web portal and open **Integrations > CRM**.
2. At the top of the page, toggle **Enable Hubspot Integration** to off.

3. Click **Save**.

:::note
The change does not take effect until you click **Save**. If you toggle the switch but leave the page without saving, the integration stays active.
:::

:::caution
Once you save, the link to HubSpot stops right away. Call activity is no longer shared with HubSpot until you enable the integration again, so only disable it when you are ready for that sync to pause.
:::

## What happens next

- The **Status** field changes to **Disabled**.
- Your integration settings are preserved. When you enable the connection later, the previous configuration is used directly, so there is nothing to re-enter.

:::tip
Because your settings are kept, re-enabling is fast: flip the same switch back on and click **Save**. There is no need to reconnect the HubSpot account or re-map any fields.
