# Disable Odoo CRM Integration

If you need to stop the connection between Cloud Voice and Odoo, you can switch the integration off whenever you like. Turning it off pauses the link without discarding anything you have already set up.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management: the system where your team tracks contacts, leads, and customer activity (in this case, Odoo). When the integration is on, Cloud Voice shares call information with Odoo so features like call pop-ups and call logging work. You would disable it to pause that sharing during maintenance, testing, or a change to your Odoo setup.

## Turn off the integration

1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open **Integrations > CRM**.
2. At the top of the page, toggle **Enable Odoo Integration** to off.

3. Click **Save**.

Disabling the integration stops call syncing between Cloud Voice and Odoo right away. Any features that depend on it (for example, call pop-ups, click-to-call, and automatic call logging in Odoo) stop working until you turn the integration back on. Let your users know before you make this change so the missing behavior is not mistaken for an outage.

## What happens next

- The **Status** field changes to **Disabled**.
- Your Odoo integration settings are preserved. When you re-enable the integration later, they are ready to use with no need to reconfigure.

Because your configuration is retained, you do not need to write down your current settings before disabling. To resume, return to **Integrations > CRM**, toggle **Enable Odoo Integration** back on, and click **Save**.
