# Disconnect Odoo CRM Integration

Cloud Voice links to one CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at a time. A CRM is the tool your team uses to store customer records, calls, and contact history. Before you can connect a different CRM, you first have to break the link to the Odoo account that is connected now.

You only need this procedure when you are switching CRM accounts or turning the CRM feature off. If you just want to change settings on the same Odoo account, edit them in **Integrations > CRM** instead of disconnecting.

## Cancel the integration

1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open **Integrations > CRM**.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, click **Cancel Integration**.

3. When the confirmation window appears, click **OK**.

:::caution
Cancelling the integration clears every CRM setting on the PBX. There is no undo, so if you plan to reconnect the same Odoo account later you will have to enter all of its connection details again.

## What happens next

- The connection to your Odoo CRM is removed.
- Every CRM integration setting is wiped, so you start fresh the next time you connect an account.
- Any phonebook and contacts that were synced stay on the PBX, and you can edit them freely once the integration is gone.

:::tip
Because the synced phonebook and contacts remain on the PBX after you disconnect, you do not lose that data. Once the integration is off you can rename, edit, or delete those entries directly, which the live CRM sync normally prevents.
