# Schedule Automatic User Synchronization

Out of the box, Cloud Voice runs a user synchronization once a day at 00:30. If that timing doesn't suit your organization, you can change how often the sync runs and the exact time it starts, controlling when accounts are pulled from Red Hat SSO (Single Sign-On) into Cloud Voice.

:::note
User synchronization copies user accounts and their details from Red Hat SSO into Cloud Voice so the two systems stay matched. This page only changes when that automatic job runs, not which users are included.
:::

## Set the synchronization schedule

1. Sign in to the PBX (private branch exchange, your phone system) web portal and open **Integrations > Collaboration**.
2. Under the **Basic** section, choose a synchronization frequency and pick the time you want the sync to begin.

   :::tip
   Pick a window outside your normal business hours so the sync doesn't compete with active users.

3. Select **Save**.

## What happens next

Cloud Voice now runs the user synchronization on the cadence and time you set, keeping accounts aligned with Red Hat SSO on your schedule.
