# Change Audio Settings

The Cloud Voice App lets you tune how calls sound and feel on your phone. You can pick a ringtone, decide whether the device vibrates for incoming calls, and turn keypad tones on or off.

## Open audio options

1. On the **Calls** page, tap your account in the top-left corner.
2. Tap **Settings** > **Audio Options**.

## Available settings

Adjust any of the following to match your preferences.

:::tip
These options change only how the Cloud Voice App alerts you. They do not affect the ringtone, vibration, or keypad tones of your phone's built-in dialer. If a user reports "no ring" or "no vibrate" for work calls, check these settings first.
:::

| Setting | What it controls |
| --- | --- |
| **Ringtone** | Choose the ringtone that plays for incoming calls. Assigning a distinct tone helps you tell Cloud Voice App calls apart from your regular mobile calls, and can also signal which source a call is coming from. See [Set Ringtones for Incoming Calls](/pbx/mobile-client-user-guide/set-ringtones-for-incoming-calls/) for details. |
| **Vibrate** | Turn vibration on or off for incoming Cloud Voice App calls. |
| **Dial Pad Tones** | Turn the keypad tones on or off. |

:::note
The **Vibrate** option is available only in the Cloud Voice App on Android.
