# Edit Personal Information

Your account profile controls how you appear to coworkers and where the system reaches you. Keeping it current means colleagues can recognize you and the platform can deliver calls and notifications to the right place. You can refresh any of these details directly from the mobile app whenever they change.

## Before you start

You need the Cloud Voice App (the mobile client) installed on your phone and signed in with your account. The details you edit here belong to your own user account only.

## Edit your details

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice App on your mobile device.
2. On the **Calls** page, tap your account in the top-left corner to open your account menu.
3. Tap **Personal Information**.
4. Update whatever you need: swap out your profile picture, or revise your name, mobile number, or email address.

The account menu is reached from the top-left corner of the **Calls** page. If you do not see the **Calls** page, make sure you are signed in first.

A clear, recognizable profile picture helps coworkers identify you in the company directory and on incoming call screens. Use a headshot rather than a logo or blank image.

Your mobile number and email address are how the platform reaches you. If either is wrong or out of date, you can miss calls, messages, and account notifications. Double-check both fields before you leave the page.
