# Log in to the Mobile App with a Login Link

When your account is set up, Cloud Voice sends a welcome email that includes a personal login link. That link is tied to your extension account (your personal line and sign-in identity on the phone system). Opening the link on your phone lets you sign in to the Cloud Voice App without entering your server address, username, or password by hand.

## Before you begin

1. Install the Cloud Voice App on the phone you plan to use.
2. Make sure the welcome email has arrived in your inbox.

If the welcome email never showed up, ask your system administrator to send it again.

:::caution
The login link works only one time. Use it on the device where you actually plan to sign in, because once the link has been opened it will not work again. If it has already been used, ask your administrator to send a fresh welcome email.

## Sign in

1. On your phone, open the welcome email and copy the login link.
2. Launch the Cloud Voice App. It reads the copied link, recognizes your account, and prompts you to sign in with it.
3. When the confirmation dialog appears, tap **Yes**.

The first time you sign in with your extension account, you are asked to accept the privacy policy and set a new password in place of the initial one. After you finish, sign back in to the Cloud Voice App using your new password.
