# Log in to the Cloud Voice App with an Extension Account Using Manual Credentials

You can sign in to the Cloud Voice App on your phone by entering your extension credentials and server details directly. Use this method when you don't have a QR code or email link to scan.

## Before you begin

Ask your system administrator for the following:

- The username and password for your extension account.
- The network details for your Cloud Voice server (the domain name).

:::note
Depending on the login methods your administrator has enabled, your username may be either your extension number or your email address.
:::

## Log in

1. On the sign-in screen of the Cloud Voice App, fill in your account details:
   1. In the **Username** field, type your extension account username.
   2. In the **Password** field, type the matching password.
   3. In the **SN/Domain** field, type the domain name of your Cloud Voice server. SN stands for Serial Number; for this login method you enter the domain name instead.

      :::note
      If the **SN/Domain** field can't be edited, tap **Custom Settings (Enabled)** and clear the **Enable Custom Settings** checkbox.
      :::

2. Tap **Login**.

3. If two-factor authentication is turned on for your account, enter your authentication code when prompted.

   :::note
   Two-factor authentication requires the Cloud Voice App for iOS version 5.0.13 or later, or the Cloud Voice App for Android version 4.11.6 or later.

   1. Type the code from your authenticator app or from the email you received.
   2. Optionally, select the **Trusted Device** checkbox.

      :::tip
      On the device you use most often, marking it as trusted lets you skip the authentication code on that device for the next 180 days.
      :::

   3. Tap **LOG IN**.

      :::note
      The first time you sign in with an extension account, you're prompted to accept the privacy policy agreement and set a new password to replace the initial one. After you finish, sign in again using your new password.
