# Log in to the Cloud Voice App with a Google Account

When your administrator connects Cloud Voice to Google Workspace, you can access the mobile app straight from your Google account instead of entering separate credentials.

:::note
This uses Single Sign-On (SSO), a setup where one login (in this case your Google Workspace account) unlocks several apps. You sign in once with Google and no longer need a separate Cloud Voice username and password on your phone.
:::

## Before you begin

Confirm the following are in place:

- Your administrator has linked the system to **Google Workspace** and turned on **Single Sign-on (SSO)**.
- The Cloud Voice App on your device is up to date:
  - **iOS**: version 5.14.3 or later
  - **Android**: version 5.14.4 or later

:::caution
The Google sign-in option only appears on supported app versions. If your app is older than the versions above, update it from the App Store or Google Play first, otherwise the Google button will not show up.
:::

## Sign in

1. Launch the Cloud Voice App on your phone.
2. In the **SN/Domain** field, type the server address that has been approved for Google SSO.

   :::note
   **SN/Domain** accepts either an SN (Serial Number, the unique ID of your phone system) or a server domain address. For Google sign-in, use the domain address your administrator gave you. If you are unsure which address to enter, ask your administrator.
   :::

   :::caution
   Enter the exact address your administrator approved for Google SSO. If the address is not one that has SSO enabled, the Google sign-in button will not appear and you will not be able to log in this way.
   :::

3. Tap the Google icon ![Google sign-in icon](/images/pbx/google.png) and complete the Google account prompts.

   Once you finish signing in with Google, the app opens you into your account automatically.

   :::tip
   If the Google icon does not show up after you enter the address, SSO is most likely not enabled for that server. Double-check the address, then contact your administrator to confirm Google Workspace SSO is turned on.
