# Log Out of the Cloud Voice App

When you finish using the Cloud Voice App on your phone, or before you hand the device to someone else, you can sign out of your account from within the app. Signing out disconnects this phone from your extension so it no longer rings or shows your call activity.

## Sign out

1. On the **Calls** page, tap your account in the upper-left corner.
2. Open **Account Management**.
3. Tap **Logout**.

Your account appears as a small profile icon or your name in the top-left corner of the **Calls** page. This is the same menu you use to reach the app's account settings.

:::caution
After you log out, this phone stops receiving incoming calls and push notifications for your extension until you sign back in. You will need your sign-in details (or a fresh login link or QR code) to log back in, so make sure you can get them before you sign out.
