# Remove Accounts from the Cloud Voice App

The Cloud Voice App can hold more than one account, so you can switch between them without signing in and out each time. When an account is no longer needed, remove it to take it off the list. You can remove a single account on its own, or select several and delete them together.

:::note
Removing an account here signs it out of the Cloud Voice App on this device and takes it off your account list on this phone. It does not delete the account or its settings on the phone system, so you can sign back in later with the same credentials if you need it again.
:::

## Open account management

1. On the **Calls** page, tap your account in the top-left corner.
2. Tap **Account Management**.

:::caution
Once an account is removed, the Cloud Voice App on this device stops showing its calls, messages, and notifications. Make sure you are removing the right account, especially if the user still relies on it to answer calls.
:::

## Remove a single account

1. Press and hold (long press) the account you want to delete.
2. When the confirmation prompt appears, tap **delete**.

## Remove several accounts at once

:::tip
Use this method when you are clearing out several old accounts in one go. Selecting them together is faster than deleting each one on its own.
:::

1. Tap the ![Account selection toggle](/images/pbx/presence-dnd.png) icon shown to the left of each account you want to delete.
2. In the confirmation prompt, tap **delete**.
3. Tap **Done** when you have finished.

## Result

The selected account or accounts are removed from the Cloud Voice App on this device.
