# View and Manage Call History

The Cloud Voice App keeps a running log of your placed, received, and missed calls. Use it to look up who you spoke with, open the details of any single call, and remove entries you no longer want to keep.

## View your call history

1. In the Cloud Voice App, open **Calls > Call Logs**.
2. To narrow the list, tap the communication type selector in the top-left corner and choose the category you want to see.

   This step is optional. Left alone, the log shows every call. The selector lets you view just one category at a time, for example only the calls you missed or only the ones you placed.

3. Tap the information icon ![Details icon on a call log entry](/images/pbx/information.png) beside an entry to open its full details.

## Delete call history

The steps below cover your personal call history only. Queue call logs belong to the contact center features and are cleared through a separate procedure (Manage Queue Call Logs), not from here.

1. In the Cloud Voice App, open **Calls > Call Logs**.
2. To remove one entry, swipe left on it and tap **Delete**. The call is cleared from your personal history in the Cloud Voice App.
3. To clear every entry at once, do the following:

   1. Tap **Remove** in the top-right corner.
   2. Confirm when prompted. Your entire personal call history is cleared.

   :::caution
   Clearing the whole log cannot be undone, and it removes the entries from your Cloud Voice Clients, not only from this phone. If you sign in on another device, the history is gone there too. Delete a single entry instead when you only want to remove one call.
