# Delete a Scheduled Meeting

When your plans change and a meeting is no longer needed, you can remove it. Deleting a scheduled meeting takes it off your list and permanently invalidates its join link.

## Delete the meeting

1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice App web client and open **Video Conferencing**. Your scheduled meetings appear in the list.
2. Find the meeting you want to cancel and select it.
3. Select the delete icon ![Delete](/images/pbx/delete.png), then confirm with **OK**.

Deleting happens as soon as you confirm and cannot be undone. There is no restore option, so double-check that the correct meeting is selected before you click **OK**.

## Result

The meeting is deleted, and its join link no longer works.

If you already invited people to this meeting, let them know it has been cancelled. Anyone who opens the old join link will see the message "The Meeting doesn't exist."
