Phone System Overview
Your Cloud Voice PBX is a full-featured hosted phone system. From the PBX management portal you can configure extensions and users, design call flows, run inbound and outbound call center queues, and connect integrations such as CRMs and Microsoft Teams.

What you can do

- Call routing: inbound routes, outbound rules, business hours, holidays, and caller ID handling.
- Auto attendants & call flows: build IVRs visually with the Call Flow Designer.
- Call center: inbound queues, agent consoles, wallboards, and the operator panel.
- Devices: auto-provision supported IP phones and manage firmware.
- Integrations: CRM, helpdesk, and productivity integrations.
Where PBX management happens
Section titled “Where PBX management happens”PBX servers themselves are provisioned and linked from the Cloud Voice dashboard; day-to-day PBX administration (extensions, call flows, queues) happens in the PBX management portal you reach from there.
