Configure Audio Devices
The Cloud Voice for Dynamics 365 plugin lets you pick exactly which hardware handles your calls, so incoming rings, call audio, and your voice are each routed to the right device. This is useful when a workstation has more than one option available, for example a headset plus the computer’s built-in speakers. Follow the steps below to set your preferences.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Make sure the plugin is running in Dynamics 365 mode.

Set your audio devices
Section titled “Set your audio devices”-
Sign in to the Cloud Voice for Dynamics 365 plugin, then click the preferences icon

Open the Audio tab.

Use the drop-down lists to choose a device for each of the following:
- Microphone: the input the other party hears you through.
- Speaker: the output that plays call audio (the person on the other end).
- Ringing Device: the output that plays the ringtone for incoming calls.

Click Save to apply your selections.
