Disconnect HubSpot CRM Integration
Disconnecting the CRM integration fully removes the current HubSpot connection from your Cloud Voice phone system. A phone system can hold only one active CRM link at a time, so if you plan to connect a different CRM account, you must break the existing connection first.
Disconnect the integration
Section titled “Disconnect the integration”-
Sign in to the PBX web portal and open Integrations > CRM.

In the top-right corner, click Cancel Integration.

When prompted, click OK to confirm.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- The HubSpot CRM integration is removed.
- Every CRM integration setting is cleared.
- Any phonebook and contacts that were synchronized stay on the phone system, and you can edit them directly from now on.
