Disable Microsoft SQL Integration
When you need to stop syncing company contacts from your Microsoft SQL database, you can switch the integration off. Cloud Voice keeps the connection settings intact, so you can turn it back on later without re-entering anything.
Turn off the integration
Section titled “Turn off the integration”-
Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open Contacts > Company Contacts.

From the toolbar at the top of the page, select Synchronize Contacts.

Clear the Enable Microsoft SQL Integration toggle.

Select Save.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- The Status field changes to Disabled.
- Your Microsoft SQL settings are preserved. The next time you enable the integration, the saved configuration is applied immediately, with no need to set it up again.
