Disconnect Odoo CRM Integration

Cloud Voice links to one CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at a time. A CRM is the tool your team uses to store customer records, calls, and contact history. Before you can connect a different CRM, you first have to break the link to the Odoo account that is connected now.

  1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open Integrations > CRM.

  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click Cancel Integration.

  3. When the confirmation window appears, click OK.

  • The connection to your Odoo CRM is removed.
  • Every CRM integration setting is wiped, so you start fresh the next time you connect an account.
  • Any phonebook and contacts that were synced stay on the PBX, and you can edit them freely once the integration is gone.
