Disconnect Microsoft SQL Integration
Cloud Voice supports one active database integration at a time. Before you can connect a different data source, you must remove the existing Microsoft SQL link so a new integration can take its place. During removal you can choose whether to keep or discard the contacts and phonebook that the integration created.
Disconnect the integration
Section titled “Disconnect the integration”-
Open the Microsoft SQL configuration page:

Sign in to the PBX web portal and navigate to Contacts > Company Contacts.

Select Synchronize Contacts at the top of the page.

Remove the Microsoft SQL link:

- In the top-right corner, select Disconnect.
- Optional: To also remove the data the integration brought in, select Delete Synced Contacts and Delete Phonebook created by synchronization.
- Select Confirm.
Result
Section titled “Result”The Microsoft SQL integration is removed, and Cloud Voice is ready for you to set up a different database connection.
