Manually Perform User Synchronization
Cloud Voice syncs user and group data from Red Hat SSO (Single Sign-On, the identity service that lets people log in once and reach multiple apps) on its own schedule, but you don’t have to wait for the next automatic run. When you have just changed a synchronization rule or updated a user or group in Red Hat SSO and want that change reflected in the phone system immediately, you can start a one-time sync by hand.
