Disable Zendesk Integration
If you need to pause the link between your phone system and Zendesk, you can switch the integration off at any time. Turning it off stops the two services from exchanging data but leaves your configuration in place, so you can turn it back on later without setting it up again.
Turn off the integration
Section titled “Turn off the integration”-
Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open Integrations > Helpdesk.

At the top of the Zendesk page, toggle the switch to the off position.

Click Save. The change does not take effect until you save.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- The Status field changes to Disabled.
- Your Zendesk settings are kept as they are. The next time you enable the integration, it uses these saved values right away.
