What the integration does
Section titled “What the integration does”Pairing Cloud Voice with Outlook unlocks four everyday conveniences.
Dial from Outlook
Start a call to any Outlook contact directly from Outlook. The Cloud Voice desktop app places the call for you.
Incoming call popup
When an Outlook contact calls you, their profile opens automatically in Outlook so you know who’s on the line before you answer.
Automatic call logging
Every call you finish with an Outlook contact is recorded to Outlook as a journal entry, with no manual note-taking required.
New contact prompt
If you call or receive a call from a number that doesn’t match any existing Outlook contact, Outlook opens a new-contact form so you can save the caller on the spot.
How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”You enable the integration from within the Cloud Voice desktop app by connecting it to Outlook for Windows. Open the app’s Outlook integration settings and follow the prompts to authorize and link the two applications.
