Schedule Automatic User Synchronization

Out of the box, Cloud Voice runs a user synchronization once a day at 00:30. If that timing doesn’t suit your organization, you can change how often the sync runs and the exact time it starts, controlling when accounts are pulled from Red Hat SSO (Single Sign-On) into Cloud Voice.

  1. Sign in to the PBX (private branch exchange, your phone system) web portal and open Integrations > Collaboration.

  2. Under the Basic section, choose a synchronization frequency and pick the time you want the sync to begin.

  3. Select Save.

Cloud Voice now runs the user synchronization on the cadence and time you set, keeping accounts aligned with Red Hat SSO on your schedule.
