Disable Odoo CRM Integration

If you need to stop the connection between Cloud Voice and Odoo, you can switch the integration off whenever you like. Turning it off pauses the link without discarding anything you have already set up.

  1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open Integrations > CRM.

  2. At the top of the page, toggle Enable Odoo Integration to off.

  3. Click Save.

  • The Status field changes to Disabled.
  • Your Odoo integration settings are preserved. When you re-enable the integration later, they are ready to use with no need to reconfigure.
