Export and Import Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rules
The inbound caller ID reformatting rules configured on IZT Cloud Voice can be exported and saved as a template. You can fill in desired inbound caller ID reformatting rules in the exported file and reuse it. This topic describes how to export and import those rules.
Export All Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rules
You can export all inbound caller ID reformatting rules to a CSV file and make additions, removals, and save it as a template.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
- Go to the Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rule tab, then click Export.
- A CSV file is created and downloaded to your device. To see the parameter details, see Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rule Parameters.
Import Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rules
It is recommended to export inbound caller ID reformatting rules to a CSV file first and use the file as a template to fill in your rules.
Prerequisites

- Format: UTF-8 CSV
- File Size: Less than 5 MB
- Filename: Less than 1287 characters
- Ensure all the parameters meet requirements. For more information, see Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rule Parameters.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Edit the desired trunk.
- Go to the Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rule tab, click Import.
- In the pop-up window, click Browse, and select your CSV file.
- Click OK to start the import process.
- The inbound caller ID reformatting rules in the CSV file will be displayed in the Inbound Caller ID Reformatting Rule list.
