🚫 Block Outbound International Calls

To restrict users from making international calls, you can enable the dial pattern of outbound routes, or set up international dialing protection. This topic describes how to set up international dialing protection to block outbound international calls.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Security > Security Settings > Allowed Country Codes.
  2. Turn on the option Enable Allowed Country/Region Code Dialing Protection.
  3. In the Allowed Calling Code field, enter the prefix of the international call according to your country.
  4. Click Save and Apply.

Result

All the extension users can NOT make international calls.

Allowing only specific international calls can help prevent unauthorized or unintended toll charges.
