Set up Email Notifications for User Password Change
Configure your system to send email notifications when user passwords are changed, helping maintain security through change awareness.
Prerequisites
Ensure the system email server is set up.
An email address is associated with a desired extension.
Procedure

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension.

Click the Features tab.

In the Notifications section, select the checkbox of Send email notification when the User Password is changed.

Click Save and Apply.
Result
If the extension user's password has been changed, the system will send notification emails to the user's mailbox.
