If you do not need any interaction with the user who receives the call, you can perform a blind transfer. This topic describes how to perform a blind transfer.

Procedure

  1. During a call, press the feature code of blind transfer (default: *103).
  2. The original call is placed on hold, and the system prompts "transfer" and the dial tone.
  3. Dial the phone number of the contact where you want the call to be transferred.
  4. Hang up the call to complete the blind transfer.
  5. The original caller is transferred to the recipient without further interaction.

If the transfer recipient doesn't answer the call, it will be routed back to the original user with a Rebound Missed Transfer Call.
