🎵 Manage MoH Playlists

This topic describes how to edit or delete MoH playlists.

Edit a MoH Playlist

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Music on Hold.
2. Select a playlist to edit.
3. In the Playlist Name field, modify the name as needed.
4. In the Play Order field, select the desired play order: Sequential, Alphabetically, or Randomly.
5. Click Save and Apply.

Streaming Music URL

1. Change the URL of the streaming music playlist.
2. Select the desired playlist.
3. Modify the URL as needed.
4. Click Save and Apply.

Delete MoH Playlists

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Music on Hold.
2. To delete a playlist:

• Click the checkbox next to the playlist, then click Delete (:delete:).
• Confirm deletion in the pop-up window.
