If extension users are unable to accept the automatic callback, they can cancel Busy Camp-on requests as instructed below.

Procedure

  1. The extension user dials 7909 on the phone to cancel all the Busy Camp-on requests they have initiated.

ℹ️ The default feature code for disabling Busy Camp-on is 7909. You can change, enable, or disable this code via the IZT Cloud web portal: Call Features > Feature Code > Busy Camp-on > Disable Busy Camp-on.

Result

  • A prompt will announce, "The Busy Camp-on feature has been disabled," and the call will hang up automatically.
  • All Busy Camp-on requests for the extension user are canceled.
