Outbound Route Overview

The outbound routes in IZT Cloud Voice offer various criteria to help you handle outbound calls based on pre-configured rules and criteria. When a user makes an outbound call, the system will match the dialed number to the most appropriate outbound route.

Outbound Route Matching Criteria

IZT Cloud Voice provides several criteria for matching outbound calls to outbound routes:

  • Dial Pattern: Defines the numbers and patterns that must be dialed before the system routes the number to the carrier.

  • Outbound Route Password: Allows you to enter a PIN number before making calls through the outbound route.

It is recommended to define the PIN number before making calls through the outbound route.

Outbound Route Priority

In a system with multiple routes matching the dialed number, the system will select the outbound route with the highest priority. You can adjust the priority of outbound routes as necessary.
