This topic describes how to manage group voicemail greetings, including playing, downloading, and deleting greetings.

Play a Group Voicemail Greeting

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail, edit the desired group voicemail.
  2. Go to the Voicemail tab.
  3. In the Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management.
  4. Select a greeting type and click on Play:
  • Play to Group Voicemail: Play the greeting for the group’s voicemail.
  • Play on Phone: Play the greeting directly.
  1. Click Save and Apply.

You can play group voicemail greetings on a phone or web according to their availability.

Download a Group Voicemail Greeting

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail, edit the desired group voicemail.
  2. Go to Voicemail tab.
  3. In the Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management.
  4. Select and click on the greeting to download it.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.

Delete Group Voicemail Greetings

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail, edit the desired group voicemail.
  2. In the Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management.
  3. Select a greeting type from the following sections:
  • Group Greeting Setup.
  • Delete all required greetings by clicking Delete.
  1. Click Save and Apply.

Deleting a group voicemail greeting completely removes it from the greeting management system.
