Change Voicemail Greetings for Extension Voicemail

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extensions, edit the desired extension.
2. Click Voicemail tab.
3. In the Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management.
4. Select and update the greeting based on Default or Presence.
5. Use the Play or Record option to change and save.
6. Click Save and Apply.

Change Voicemail Greetings for Group Voicemail

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Voicemail > Group Voicemail, edit the desired group voicemail.
2. Go to the Voicemail tab.
3. In the Voicemail Greeting section, click Greeting Management.
4. Select and update the greeting.
5. Use Play or Record options to change and save.
6. Click Save and Apply.
