Stop Rejected Calls from Ringing Other Endpoints
Configure how rejected calls are handled across multiple endpoints, ensuring a better experience for both callers and users.
Procedure

Log in to the PBX web portal, go to Extension and Trunk > Extension, edit the desired extension.

Click the Features tab.

In the Call section, select the checkbox for All Reject Mode for Endpoints.
When enabled, rejecting a call on one device will stop the call from ringing on all other devices.

Click Save.
Result
If the extension user rejects a call on an endpoint, the other endpoints will stop ringing.
The call will be routed to the extension's When Busy destination.
