📊 Voicemail Capacity and Limitations
This topic describes the voicemail capacity and limitation for a voicemail.
Default Capacity and Limitations for Each Mailbox
Voicemail box capacity has a limit of 100 messages with a maximum duration of 10 minutes for each message. Once this limit is reached, the system auto-deletes older messages and retains the latest ones.
- Default Message Length: 2 seconds minimum, 10 minutes maximum.
- Default Storage: Unlimited for the PBX system.
There is no limit to the time to keep the voicemail on PBX.
