This topic describes how to edit and delete scheduled reports.
Edit Scheduled Reports
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > Call Reports > Scheduled Reports.
- To edit the specific report, click .
- Edit the scheduled report according to your needs.
- Click Save.
Delete Scheduled Reports
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > Call Reports > Scheduled Reports.
- In the specific report, click .
- In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
Regularly review and adjust scheduled task report settings based on the organization's requirements.
