πŸ“‹ Set up Queue Managers

With call center service activated, you can set any extension as a queue manager. A queue manager does not need to be a queue agent. This topic describes how to set queue managers.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Queue, edit the desired queue.
  2. Click the Members tab.
  3. In the Queue Managers section, manage the queue managers:
  • Add queue managers: Select the desired extensions in the Available box to the Selected box.
  • To delete queue managers, select the desired extensions from the Selected box to the Available box.
  1. Click Save and Apply.
