π¨ Customize Email Template for Scheduled Reports
This topic describes how to customize the email template for scheduled reports.
Background Information
By default, IZT Cloud Voice sends scheduled call reports in the pre-defined language and email template. The email contains the following information:
- The link to a valid task report.
- The validity period of the download link.
- System information, including PBX name, PBX serial number.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > Call Reports > Scheduled Reports.
- Click Email Template.
- Configure the template settings:
- In the Template drop-down list, select Custom.
- Edit the email subject and content according to your requirements.
- Click Save.
Result
The PBX will use the customized email template to send scheduled reports.
Using a customized email template ensures that recipients understand the context and details included in the scheduled reports.
