Enable or Disable Organization Management
You can enable or disable the organization management feature based on your requirements for company structure.
Enable Organization Management
To group extension users into departments, you need to activate the Organization Management feature.
Prerequisites
Ensure your version of IZT Cloud Voice is 84.7.0.17 or later.
Procedure

Log in to the PBX web portal, navigate to PBX Settings > Preferences.

Enable the Organization Management option.

In the Company Name field, enter your company name. This will be used as the root organization.
If you have set up company information, the pre-defined company name will be synchronized automatically here.

Click Save and Apply.
Result
The Organization Management feature is now enabled.
What to do next
Disable Organization Management
Procedure
1
Log in to the PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Preferences.

Turn off the Organization Management option.

Click Save and Apply.
Result
The Organization Management feature is now disabled, which affects how extensions are displayed and the permissions they have:
- In the PBX web portal, the organizational tree and configuration page are hidden. On IZT Cloud Voice clients, extension users are now available in extension groups.
- Extension users lose access to the features granted to organizations.
