🔄 Change System Prompt

This topic describes how to download an online prompt and change it to the default system prompt.

Procedure

1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > System Prompt.
2. Download the desired system prompt:

• a. Click Download Online Prompts.
• b. All supported system prompts are displayed on the Download Online Prompts page.

3. Select a prompt, then click the download icon (:download:).
4. In the list, the downloaded prompt is displayed on the System Prompt list.
5. Click the prompt name, then set it as the default system prompt.
6. Click Save and Apply.

Result

The prompt is applied to the system.
