π Set up Call Alerts for Group Voicemail
IZT Cloud Voice allows you to configure call alerts for new group voicemail messages. When a new voicemail is received, specific call alerts are routed to pre-defined contacts, who are notified until voiced messages are read or a specific number of call cycles are met.
Scenario
A company has a team of call agents responsible for after-hours emergency issues. Instead of answering incoming calls, the company has configured a group voicemail box. When the new voicemail arrives, the IZT Cloud PBX will send a call alert to predefined contacts until the alerts are resolved.
